Agreement

By accessing or using Verify Email Address, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What the Service Does

The service evaluates email syntax, domain, MX, disposable, spam-trap, role-account, SMTP, deliverability, disabled, inbox-full, catch-all, and available mailbox-level signals. Results may be valid, invalid, risky, or unknown.

Email systems can hide recipient status, use greylisting, accept all recipients, change configuration, or reject a message later. A verification result is an assessment, not a guarantee of inbox ownership, delivery, or engagement.

Daily Limits

Visitors may submit one email address per request in quick mode, up to 10 addresses per day based on U.S. Eastern Time.

Signed-in users on the free plan may verify up to 50 addresses per day based on U.S. Eastern Time and may submit batches of up to 10 addresses at a time. Single and batch checks share the same daily allowance.

Paid plans may submit batches of up to 100 addresses at a time. Paid verification usage is deducted from the account's available monthly and long-term verification credits rather than the free daily allowance.

We may also apply cooldowns or automated abuse controls to protect service availability and processing capacity. Attempts to evade limits may lead to access restrictions.

Accounts and Paid Features

Paid plans, verification credits, and developer API access are subject to the limits shown on the pricing and account pages. Feature availability, limits, and pricing may change over time.

Accounts use Google OAuth. You are responsible for protecting access to your Google account and for activity performed through your service account.

Subscriptions, Billing, and Credits

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions processed by Creem, our merchant of record. The price, included features, applicable taxes, and total charge are displayed before checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled.

You may cancel a subscription from the billing section of your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and access continues until then. Upgrades may be charged immediately on a prorated basis. After a successful upgrade, the account receives the new plan's monthly allowance and the applicable long-term bonus credits.

Monthly verification credits are set to the plan allowance after each successful initial payment or renewal and do not roll over into the next billing period. Long-term bonus credits are added on each successful initial payment, renewal, or qualifying upgrade and remain available until used, unless they are revoked because of a refund, chargeback, fraud, or correction.

Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed according to applicable law, the circumstances of the purchase, and Creem's merchant-of-record policies. Contact support@verifyemailaddress.net with the account email and transaction details. We aim to respond within three business days. Approved refunds may revoke unused credits and paid-plan access associated with the refunded transaction.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Verify addresses without a lawful purpose or appropriate authority.
• Use the service to facilitate spam, phishing, harassment, fraud, or surveillance.
• Submit unlawfully obtained, purchased, or scraped personal data.
• Circumvent request limits, security controls, or account restrictions.
• Interfere with the service or attempt unauthorized access.
• Misrepresent verification results as proof of identity or consent.

We may suspend access that violates these rules or creates security, legal, or operational risk.

Service Dependencies

Network conditions and external mail systems can affect availability, response time, and result classification.

Intellectual Property

The service, branding, interface, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.

Availability and Changes

We may modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue features. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes when practical.

Disclaimer

The service is provided on an available basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, complete accuracy, or fitness for a particular mailing decision. You remain responsible for complying with privacy, marketing, and anti-spam laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses resulting from use of the service or reliance on a verification result.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page will show the latest revision. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
